- CAN I PUSH A BABY STROLLER?
- Yes! You are welcome to push a baby stroller in the 1 mile or the 5K, however, we ask that you line up at the rear of the pack, at the starting line for the safety of all runners.
- MAY I BRING A PET?
- Sadly, no. We do not allow animals at the race for the safety of all the participants.
- WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
- Race packets may be claimed on Friday, May 16th from 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday, May 17th, from 10am to 4pm inside Oxford Valley Mall, at Macy’s court. Packets will be available prior to the race at Sesame Place, but you should arrive at least an hour before your start time in the event that there is a line to claim your packet.
- CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
- Yes, another party may collect your race packet.
- WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE RACE? HOW DO I COLLECT MY PACKET?
- Claiming race packets with the free T-shirt and free one day Sesame Place pass is the responsibility of the registrant. Packets will not be delivered or mailed to any participant who is unable to claim the packet. Arrangements should be made by the registrants to claim their packets at one of the pickup times advertised.
- IF I REGISTER AFTER APRIL 15TH, CAN I STILL GET A FREE T-SHIRT?
- T-shirts are only guaranteed to participants who register by April 15th. Those who register after that date may be able to get a T-shirt depending on supply and availability.
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY T-SHIRT AT PACKET PICKUP IF I ORDER A SIZE AND IT DOSEN’T FIT WELL WHEN I TRY IT ON?
- No, sorry, you will be given the shirt size that you ordered. Our T-shirts are dry fit and made of 100% polyester. Please know your size before placing your order. All orders are final.
- WHERE DO I PARK ON RACE DAY?
- Runners may park for free in the lot directly across the street from the Sesame Place entrance.
- CAN I RUN WITH MY CHILD IN THE SESAME SPRINT?
- The Sesame Sprint is a 20-yard dash specifically for children ages 5 and under. You can cheer your child on from the perimeter of the race area, but you cannot run the race with your child unless it is medically necessary.
- IS THERE A PLACE TO PUT MY BELONGINGS DURING THE RACE?
- Runners are responsible for the keeping of their personal belongings.
- WHAT IF I CANNOT FINISH THE RACE ONCE I START?
- There is a vehicle that follows the runners on the course to assist runners who are injured or feeling unable to make the finish line.
- IF I CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE RACE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
- WHEN CAN I USE MY SESAME PLACE PASS?
- Sesame Place passes can be used from race day until the end of September.
- WHEN CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTED SESAME PLACE PASSES?
- After the race, you will receive a promotional code that will allow you to purchase discounted tickets.
